I want to dive right into this classic newborn session, but before I do I just have to reflect on how blessed I am. I can hardly believe that just two years ago I was the one and only member of KNP. What an amazing+complete blessing it has been to grow KNP into so much more than just a one woman show. I am honored to share this business with 4 other incredibly talented people who make me a better person. I am honored to have a small business that employees others and helps them reach goals for themselves and their families. Releasing control and taking KNP to where God was leading it has been so incredibly amazing!
Before my exit from social media (post coming about how great that has been soon) I was sharing more of the KNP associate’s work on the @katienorrid Instagram page. Now I am working to get more of their crazy talent up on the blog.
A funny question I get sometimes from my tried and true KNP lovers is… “Should I book an Associate? Will it hurt your feelings?” I always giggle and tell them this…. Why would I spend all the time, energy and money training and teaching these wonderful people if I just wanted to be the one booking all the sessions. So I am telling you this now, BOOK Brittany or Rachel or Mary or Anna! THEY ARE INCREDIBLE! I want you to book them if you want too, but of course I love the fact that I have such loyal KNP patrons 🙂 The entire KNP team has a packed calendar this fall, but we are still booking newborn sessions and booking for 2021 as well. Give us a shout HERE and Brittany will get you all the details to get on our schedule!
First up I am sharing this classic newborn session shot by Rachel Scoggin . Rachel is always cool, calm and collected and as a mom of three herself she knows how to wrangle toddlers, swaddle newborns and reassure parents they are in great hands. Here is what Rachel had to say about this sweet session… “It’s always extra special when you get to photograph a family you know. Kaci and I knew each other from high school in Lexington, Kentucky and we reconnected when we both moved to Memphis. Shooting this newborn session to welcome their 2nd baby boy was meaningful for multiple reasons and I loved seeing big brother in his new role!”
